July 2026 5.00This was a beautiful apartment, VERY clean, equipped with all the necessities. Jake is a great host, responds quickly, very polite when doing so as well! Great central location, has the best pizza/sub/pasta place almost next door! I will definitely be back and would 10/10 recommend booking with Jake!

July 2026 5.00This is the second unit in this building I've stayed in and I love it. The units are clean and spacious. They have all the necessities to stay in but are located in a great area of Pittsburgh that are going to make you want to go out! I love the location. Jake is always responsive if you have questions and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from Jake at this property and others he has.

June 2026 5.00My family of 5 stayed for a week and as my daughters were doing a summer camp at Carnegie and we had a wonderful time. We felt right at home having all the comforts of our own home. First off, the beds are SO COMFORTABLE! so much so that I had to ask for the brand to buy the mattress myself! Second, we had plenty of extra linens and blankets to sleep. Often, we are dealing with a bedsheet and thin comforter, but this wasn’t the case, and I truly appreciated that. We were provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and all the necessities to make our travel lighter and comfortable. We bought our own groceries for breakfasts and some lunch or snacks and felt we had all the right kitchen appliances, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc to make do. I liked that all rooms had curtains/blinds, TVs, and fans which again isn’t always available. Amazing location too!
