May 2026 4.00First off, I would give five stars just to Jake. He is an exceptional host who was very responsive, courteous, and professional. He answered all of my questions ahead of and during my stay and made every interaction as seamless as possible. I think we just got very unlucky with our stay here because it was very loud upstairs. We later found out that there was a family with a toddler staying above us who was up early every morning (before 6:00 am) and we could hear every footstep and noise above. Every time they ran down the hallway, the vents and items in the kitchen cupboards would shake loudly. It was unfortunately disruptive to our sleep even though there are designated quiet hours. I think this is a building issue as the floors are very thin with poor insulation. It was disappointing because the Airbnb was otherwise really nice with great bathrooms, kitchen, rooms, bedding, etc.

May 2026 5.00This unit is in a great location, many good restaurants in the neighborhood. The home was clean and the kitchen has everything you need with high end appliances as a bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. I highly recommend Jake’s place for all its comforts as well as Jake being a great host.
